Hemiptera nymph, Pyrrhocoroidea?, might be a Pyrrhocoridae?, but not Dysdercus and not Dindymus. Key issue might be the white antennae tip and the black head. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/10657600 http://www.flickr.com/photos/22953763@N02/4332241244 Note the differences between the instars from also black head to red band later, but the different antennae segments compared to yours: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/10682205 Can't help you more. Pyrrhocoroidea as superfamily is in my eyes correct, but it could also be another family than Pyrrhocoridae like Largidae. Or is it not Pyrrhocoroidea? Lygaeidae? Miridae? Take it as a hint and as an example what it is not...
