Congratulations Acksen, your White-cheeked Barbet is our Spotting of the Day! "Quite well hidden in foliage, this White-cheeked Barbet (Psilopogon viridis) is our Spotting of the Day! Also known as small green barbet, this bird is endemic to the forest areas of the Western Ghats of India and adjoining hills. It is mainly frugivorous, and is often found in orchards. Ficus species are a favorite."
