Description:
flat , yet slightly raised , bright yellow fruiting body forming patches. larger area covering appox 50cm in height - 25cm in width . surface dotted with tiny dark ostioles (holes) where the spores are released.
Habitat:
Growing on a dogwood tree.
Notes:
1st photo a more mature sample , 2nd photo the beginning of a new patch and a close-up
