Thanks Malcolm Wilton-Jones and Liam. I don't know if there are Greater short-toed lark in the Philippines but I think that Liam is correct.
Note the green alula feather on the wing. Arctic Warblers winter in the Phillipines.
Greater Short-toed Lark comes to mind, its virtually the only one with almost no streaks on the upper breast. Are they found in Philippines normally.
