Hi again cuteaux. I have changed scientific name from 'Cogmia' to 'Clogmia' Also please only use binomial format 'Genus species' (no need for date and discoverer name) Thank you.
Hi Leana, there is just a little problem in your assumption. This is not a moth (lepidotera), but belongs to the order of dipters (diptera). It is commonly called a 'moth fly', but no connection whatsoever with moths. ;-)
Hi cuteaux! Nice moth macro you have here! Please consider joining the "Moths in the Philippines" mission at http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/15913873 . We'd love to have this and the rest of your moth spottings there. Thanks!
