Description:

Large wasp (2nd sighting) 1 1/2 hours later. Hiding underneath siding of detached workshop/garage.

Habitat:

Near the meadow in the Poconos

Notes:

Possibly Northern Paper Wasp (Both potter and paper nests in the same area of our roof by the garage.)

this is a Paper wasp, probably Polystes fuscatus
I can't confirm an ID on this wasp. Paper or Potter. I have looked through so many guides and photos. No exact match. HELP!
Yes, I already bothered and took photos earlier, it really was trying to avoid me in the last photo I just added.
