Description:

Surprisingly, I added this to bugguide thinking it was an ant and it was moved by an expert to Family Diapriidae (parasitic "wasps")

Habitat:

I saw a couple of these on a Seaside Sandplant (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/760218554)
