Description:

Small round leaves which have changed to orange-red. Plant is amongst holly and other shrubs swallowing up a chain-link fence.

Habitat:

Rural neighborhood.

Notes:

Could it be boxwood?

Species ID Suggestions

Do the branches have a herringbone structure, it's difficult to see from the photo? If they do I would guess this is some species of cotoneaster, possibly c. horizontalis.
