Field Notes

Description:

Formerly referred to as Chromodoris geometrica. Found singly or in pairs, they feed on hydroids, coral, sponges and sea anemones. Their large anterior mantle skirt waves up and down as the nudibranch crawls along the reef.

Habitat:

Coral and rocky reefs, in shallow patches of sand and rubble areas, all over the Indo-Pacific region.
