Field Notes

Description:

These fairly large nudibranchs can grow up to 8cm and have very distinctive markings. N. kubaryana has bright-green dots and dashes (not to be confused with its cousin, N. cristata, which only has dots), and orange splashes along the edge of its mantle.

Notes:

Photo taken at Maharlika Beach's dive site, in General Santos City, Philippines.
