Description:

Although this deer is the shyest. This one wasn't shy. I followed it around taking pictures of it in its surroundings.

Habitat:

Bannerghatta forest.

Nice shot! Muntjac deer have naturalized in parts of Britain too. I used to lose a few plants to them in my garden in Surrey! Welcome to Project Noah Dawn!
Jungle resorts is in the same vicinity as herbivore park...This must have strayed in from the National park right behind.. Thanks :)
no it was a wild one. but it lived in the jungle lodge resort. no they dont keep barking deer in the safari.
Muntiacus muntjak is Binomial name.
Just curious as I did not know they kept Barking Deer in the herbivore park there..Normally in the wild these are very shy..
You can edit your spotting add Binomial name or Scientific name and save it.
