Snowshoe Hare

Spotting story is a simple one. We saw a few of these guys running across the road around the Old Faithful area of Yellowstone but there was no way to get a photo of them. Of course, it became a mission to snap a picture of one. After six days there, no luck - then as Yellowstone seems to do - the nature Gods blessed us and brought this guy to our cabin door on our last night. I had time to run to the room and snap this one pic and he was gone into the darkness.
