Field Notes

Description:

Small green crabs with distinct black markings and blue on it's arm.

Habitat:

Spotted at La Jolla Shores during low tide in California.

Notes:

Some of these photos were taken by my mom with her camera when I spotted it.

Hello Coral Avery. You have some great spottings! As a crustacean, this crab (as well as any prawn, shrimp, lobster etc) can be placed in the Arthropod group. "Other" is shorthand for "other organisms" which don't have their own group available. Examples include snails, worms, starfish (and many more)...Thanks
