Description:

Another bird friend at our feed station. Length 23cm (9.25inch) Wingspan 41cm (16inch) We see then foraging among the trees above us for insects and seeds. They hoard food in hollow spaces in trees. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/red-bellied_woodpecker/id

Habitat:

Hard wood forest = Gardens and Parks.
