Description:

tiny lerp insect (central one is exposed) with a scallop shaped cover it builds to protect itself.

Habitat:

Numerous on only a few leaves on eucalyptus trees

Yes, there are very many on one leaf. About five leaves on one tree and that's all I've ever seen
