Hello. I moved the name you used out of the Scientific name and put it in the common name, and moved your spotting to the Arthropod group. Someone has suggested a scientific name that you could use since it relates to the common name you've used. Thanks
Agree, with Satyen : This is a golden silk orb-weavers commonly know as Giant Wood Spider ( Nephila maculata) ..This is a female, males are much smaller in size and are normally seen on the corners of the web rather than in the middle..
