Coriolus versicolor, I see online that turkey tale is listed as this. Can someone help me out. I know there is a fake turkey tail as well. I want to use this fungus for medicine but I am unsure about identifying it. Will the fake one hurt me?
I just found this exact fungi a couple of days ago. Very nice! It is one of my favorites.
