Thank you Karen, I though it looked like a Nyala. The fur length threw me off a bit.

The young male nyalas look exactly like females until they almost reach full growth when they start to develop their adult coat (like this juvenile male). Nyala males are extremely aggressive towards each other & will kill another male attempting to take over a harem. It is thought that by resembling the females, young males have some protection against attack from adult males.
