Found them mating. They usually produce a very undescribable, irritating scent.

Habitat:

mostly found on shrubs. and usually in groups

This is a coreid bug (Hemiptera) also called leaf footed bugs or stink bugs. There are many genera so I cannot ID yours for certain.
