Description:

Juvenile bald eagle. Lacks the white head and tail of adults.

Habitat:

Lakes, rivers, marshes and seacoasts

Notes:

This young bald eagle was sitting on the lake bank across from me. Managed to get the appropriate lens before it flew away.
