This looks like a very faded black form female Tiger swallowtail. Are you near to the mountains? If so I would say this is a Appalachian tiger swallowtail (Papilio appalachiensi) due to the reduced amount of blue on the wings. If not, more likely to be the Eastern tiger swallowtail (Papilio glaucus)
