Field Notes
Description:
Has shiny and decorative leaves which grow in large sturdy clusters. Berries are attractive when they turn red.
The spathe in this variety is thin and folded around the inflorescence and not as attractive as in other Arum lilies.
Habitat:
Usually cultivated as a garden plant. This plant was spotted in a gully near a creek.
Notes:
Pics # 3 & 4 taken one month later - berries had turned yellow !
