Description:

A small and very common mushroom, characterized by its yellow colour, darker in the middle of its cap and lighter in the periphery.

Habitat:

Usually found near rotten wood.

Notes:

This mushroom is poisonous and may cause vomiting, diarrhoea and convulsions.

That's possible, but these mushrooms were found in a place rich in rotten wood. Moreover, I took the spore print and it was purple, as it is supposed to be in these mushrooms. Its gills also have a soft green colouration.
Usually the sulphur tuft grows on wood. These mushrooms don't seem to be growing on wood. And also the hypoloma fascilare grows in the woods, which these mushrooms don't do. So I would have to say your determination is wrong.
