Bamboo Palm in bloom

Got it in the middle of the summer and it was dying at the moment. It spent few months on the balcony rarely watered by rain. Than I replanted it and in few weeks it suddenly bloomed with those more berry alike things. I would love to know what is the actual name of my roommate. Anyone knows the species?
