small, brownish color with white stripes and long tail

Notes:

After once again leaving the gym in Yorktown my 2 year old started chasing something and when I got closer I saw it was a little lizard.

Species ID Suggestions

This is one of the skinks in the genus Plestiodon, this is an adult female. You can only ID it to species level if you look at the underside of the tail and examine the lip scales. Without those two views, the best you can do is genus.
