Never seen pictures of an adult Antlion before now - looks great !. I also like the effect the shadows add to the photo. thanks for the post.

Antlions are so great, it looks like a cross between a moth and a dragonfly.

Beautiful picture! Vivid color of the red and black against the green background, and the shadows make it really interesting. = ) Great spotting! I always thought antlions were fascinating as many people are unaware of them. I never knew they grew into that adult form.
