Pyoung ,thanks for the recipe for rose hip tea. For Gulkand ,we will have to ask Ashish for recipe. Love the taste.
I have never heard of Gulkand . So I looked it up It sounds delicious! Do you make this or purchase the Gulkand?
Rose hips make great jellies, sauces, soups and seasoning. It is a good source of vitamin C. Rose Hip Tea: You can use fresh or dried rose hips, for a simple rose hips tea. You’ll need about twice as many hips, if using fresh. For fresh rose hip tea, steep 4-8 hips in a cup of boiling water for about 10 - 15 minutes.
I eat rose petals and also love the Gulkand made out of it. Are Rose Hips edible?
