Field Notes

Description:

Black back with a gray streaked chest. There is red on the back of the head and white cheeks and throat. I had really wanted to see one of these guys on my trip to AZ and was not disappointed, they were everywhere!

Habitat:

At the base of a forested mountain. They usually hung out in trees in groups of 3-8.
