Notes:

I think these might be juvenile cuttlefish. I photographed the pair at a depth of about 15m, at a dive site called Coral Gardens, off the island of Talikud, Samal, Philippines.

Its not juvenile, the pair are a pair of Adults, courting. You can see the different in colors, which they shows when courting. They are rather small in size, around 2-3 inches at full Adult.
