lovely pic!! and even better a wild guess!
since there were no other birds in sight i believe it was just some random behavior. It was foraging around the fields and it was windy too. Oh yes, maybe it was an act to maintain balance on the pole and the barb wires as against winds. :) wild guess.
Any idea why this behavioral display?? Beautiful photographs though...
haha if he keeps on trying wholeheartedly, he may succeed to mutate into one!! :)
