Description:
Small ballmoss on fallen branch. There were many small air plants strewn about the forest floor.
Habitat:
Leaf litter in Fern Forest Nature Center. The park has many Tillandsia species, with trees draped in Spanish Moss or boasting huge Cardinal air plants perched their branches. The forest floor here had many baby air plants.
