Description:

Habitat:

Spotted at Seven Devils Swamp.

Notes:

According to Wikipedia, the caterpillar can eat 86,000 times its weight at emergence in a little less than two months.

Thank you Saturniidae27. I believe your right. The difference is subtle but there is typically a faint/thin yellow horizontal band across the Luna moth caterpillar that mine doesn't have.
