Notes:

I was photographing juncos eating seeds on the snow when this wren flew past me. It landed in an old storm shelter and began looking for bugs. I crawled to the entrance of the storm shelter and photographed the wren for a few minutes. Then, to my surprise, it flew right at me and landed on my leg! From there it hopped onto a grass stem, which is when I snapped this photo.

Yeah, I guess I did get the dates mixed up. I thought I saw this guy last December, but when I went back to look at the other photos I saw that I took the photo in February of this year.
You may have your dates turned around! Love the picture. We have them in Florida too. So you have had snow!
