I agree with Allen's Hummingbird. Ruby-throated is not found on the Baja peninsula. I see Ruby-throats every year and have yet to see one with that throat color and pattern.
@ avesjohn: I disagree. Your link states Rufous Hummingbird is very similar, then provides a link which is the same link I have provided. If you scroll down, you will see a photo of a juvenile Ruby-throated Hummingbird next to the Migration paragraph. The photo is very similar to Lima's bird, flakes around the throat, green on the back and forming of a dark triangle around the eye.
This is an Allen's Hummingbird: note the bright rufous on the sides, and the Pacific coast breeding range.
This could be a female Anna's Hummingbird.
