I second the Little Spiderhunter. Bill isn't nearly short enough to be Nectarinia jugularis.

Just to clarify, Only in Australia is Nectarinia jugularis called a Yellow-bellied Sunbird, perhaps because it is the only one seen there! Throughout the rest of its range it is called Olive-backed Sunbird. Compare your picture with the female in Ismael's link, his is all yellow from bill to start of tail. Only the Little Spiderhunter has the dark line extending rearwards from the base of the bill above the white throat patch. Hope all this helps in the future.

A few corrections, firstly. Nectarinia jugularis has the common name Olive-backed Sunbird. Yellow-bellied Sunbird is a misnomer, almost all the female Sunbirds and Spiderhunters have yellow bellies. Female Olive-backed does not have a white throat so can be ruled out. Bill is too long for a Sunbird anyway so they can all be ruled out. Of all the S.E. Asian Spiderhunters, only the Little Spiderhunter has a plain white throat. So there you have it.
