Hi Saber, are you absolutely sure about this ID? The colours in your picture are actually closer to the Giant Wood Rail, with the head and neck being blue as opposed to grey, the breast more orange than brown, and it has dark feathers on the thigh which are supposedly not present on the Grey-necked. It also has a whitish patch under the chin and a green tip to the bill, not a white tip.
