Field Notes

Description:

The first picture was at my fathers house where he feeds the Tui and Wax eyes in a bird feeder with sugar water. He restricts the birds to two bottles a day. The second photo is a cherry blossum at my house the birds and bee's love the tree. The birds are named for the white ring around their eye's.

Habitat:

They are nectar feeders and usually hang around the smae trees as the Tui. They are however a lot smaller so get pushed out a lot of the time.
