Great find! Common names don't mean much, but according to this site it's the California leaf-nosed bat: http://www.batcon.org/index.php/all-about-bats/species-profiles.html?task=detail&species=2441&country=43&state=9&family=all&limitstart=0 It's the only leaf-nosed bat found North of Mexico
