Field Notes

Description:

Looks like a zucchini sort of, smells like a watermelon. Prior years, we grew acorn squash in that spot along with sunflowers. This grew as a hybrid quite by accident and we are wondering if it's been grown on purpose and, if so, its name. The shell is very hard, like a gourd.
