Males- Bright berry colored plumage and under plumage with light brown discreetly around the beak

Thank you! It's actually not a bird. It's the U.S. Air force symbol. And it's SUPPOSED to tell the wind direction but, no, it doesn't ;)
These are beautiful birds . Lucky you! I like the bird sitting on the arrow in the picture! Is it indicating the directions of the wind?
