Thanks Pam... These are tricky to ID for me but I'll give it a go later. Maybe martinl or bayucca will pass by and feel more confident!
sorry, no underwing shot. It was quite far away in some bushes, and flew deeper into the undergrowth after I took these shots. I think it was probably 2 - 2 and a half nches across, but it was far away and the memory is hazy!
