Agree with Scarabaeidae and Dynastinae, but personally I would not dare to get closer than that.
Can it be a Rhinoceros beetle larva? http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo/dung-beetle-larva.html I have seen some that look similar in Kolkata (Calcutta) India but I am no expert.
Surely this is coleoptera.
Not even sure if it is a Lepidoptera larva.
