Field Notes

Description:

Deciduous bush with large, three-lobed, green leaves. Stalks are gray and buds are red. Flowers are white and grow in a large ball resembling a snowball. This series was taken in the fall, after the flowers were gone.

Habitat:

Backyard landscaping.
