Field Notes

Description:

Tall tree with long, twisted leaves. Trunk is gray and rough. Seed pods are long, brown and twisted. Inflorescence is green then blooms yellow. Twigs are red and green. This is not native.

Habitat:

Backyard landscaping along back fence with regular water.
