This is a butterfly, if you look closely to the antennae tips, they are slightly "clubbed" and have some kind of a hook. Moths usually have filamentous/straight or feathered antennae. Yours is a Nymphalidae and Satyrinae. There are many similar ones around, so definite ID is not so easy and need some time to compare. We have a lot of friends of the Philippines here, so you certainly will get more help from them.
