this cute, beautifully colored little bird we see less and less, the last couple of winters 2 to 4, if we are lucky, they always seem to hang out with the blackcapped chickadees.

Nice shot! I see a few of these each year in northern Minnesota, but don't see enough of them to know if their population is declining. They're cute and bold and fun to watch.
Ahh super cute! When I lived in Ontario, one of the things I loved doing in the winter was going to the woods near our house to feed the chickadees, they would fly right onto your hand to take the seeds from you! This is an adorable photo, I hope you can find more of your winter wildlife to share with us :)
