Field Notes

Description:

The adults are either a dull yellow with black spots and markings, a bright orange with black markings, or entirely black with red or yellow striping.

Habitat:

They can be found in open pinewoods, weedy vegetation and weedy fields.

Notes:

Spotted in the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve.
