This seems very much like a Shikra in near adult plumage, Yogesh. I cannot confirm because I could not find anything similar on the internet.
Let me know if you get an id from there. I always get the Id's for my unknown spottings from birdforum.
You can try loading your pic on birdforum.net you need to register, but there are loads of experts there.

This one is tricky Yogesh. Cannot make up my mind on Immature Shikra, Besra or Eurasian Sparrowhawk. Still looking.
