psilocybe

We are trying to identify everything on campus. We have already identified plants. So we are now looking for mushrooms. Our group is looking near a moist area in the woods.So far we have found 5 or 6 different types of mushrooms. The other groups did not find as much mushrooms as us. Some have only found 2 mushrooms. We only have to identify as much mushrooms as we can. I have identified 2 mushrooms so far one is Psllocybe that is the scientific name. I found this mushroom by going on a website called tree of life. The Psilocybe is skinny and brown,the gills are attached. The stem is long and a little lighter then the cap. The cap is round and brown. The spore print for the Psilocybe was kind of a grey. This is the exact website http://tolweb.org/tree/
