Welcome Shouming... In Mumbai this tree is very well planted in urban area. Its flowering season is in March- April to May....
@ Shouming.... I mistook or wrongly acknowledge this tree's leafs are smaller. In fact they are well in bigger size.
This tree is most important in Malayan treasure of flora.

Thanks AshishNimkar, but this is NOT the tree, it is a 10m tall tree, the powder puff like flower is about 12'' in diameter. the fruit is a square diamond sharp pod, is about 8'' across.. the one you mention is our tropical fruits, which is very much smaller in size.
